Recycling Tracking and Environmental Reporting

Material dropped off or picked up through your recycling program and brought into our state-of-the-art waste recycling center is weighed and tracked to provide accurate delivery of volume, grade (material type), and pricing information.  When recovered material is brought into processing plant, it is weighed and a receiving ticket is generated.  Accounting gets the receiving ticket and sends payment to the customer. Once the information from the receiving tickets have been posted and payment is sent to the customer, a vendor business history report can be generated. This report contains a summary of volume, grade, and pricing information for loads processed for a customer within a specified time frame.  Each month customers are sent environmental reports, which tie their total monthly volume with the environmental benefits that result from recycling.

Receiving Ticket

The receiving ticket serves as a receipt for customers who get paid cash. It contains the date, weight, commodity (grade), contact information, and price for each transaction or load.

The vendor business history is a summary of the date, volume, grade and price for all loads of recovered material generated during a particular timeframe in history.

Environmental Report

The environmental report allows customers to track their recycling efforts on a monthly basis. We also provide you with an annual goal for your building and allow you to view your progress towards this goal. We keep you up to date on how you are doing so that you are fully aware of how your efforts impact the greater good.
